We’re designers who specialize in UX and Omnichannel Design. We have worked in large advertising agencies and also separately directed corporate creative teams. We started Barn & Anchor to help businesses reach their marketing potential via agility, creativity and partnership.

Sundy Noonan,
Experience Director

Sundy has had a long career in design. All kinds of design. Print, native mobile app, trade show, responsive web, ecomm, package, software and loyalty program execution. 

The past 12 years has been client side as an Experience Design Director and Manager, leading large multifunctional design teams, and executing large digital initiatives. Fully integrated with accessibility design, user research, analytics, strategy teams, leadership and many stakeholders.

In the small and large advertising agencies alike, pitching new business and developing pitch creative for new business has been part of the job. It’s fast paced, fun and creative, and allows for that out of the box thinking that all teams enjoy. 

This experience compliments the additional talents of the Barn & Anchor Crew, and is available for all clients and the custom work B&A creates for them as a team.

With over 20 years in the design field working for both advertising agencies and managing in-house design teams my work has intersected many creative disciplines across B2C and B2B industries. For the past 10 years I have focused on UX and its impact on digital experience, marketing and products. I’m excited to now focus on smaller businesses and bring out-sized value to their marketing goals.

Creative Designer

Evid is a highly experienced creative designer with over twenty years of experience designing across various platforms. Evid has worked in Cuba, the US, China, and Spain. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has collaborated with many clients, from nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies, including Santander Bank US. Additionally, Evid has received multiple awards for developing engaging materials in sectors such as finance, technology, education, and culture.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and emerging AI technologies, Evid consistently delivers high-quality results while staying ahead of industry trends. With a passion for enhancing brand recognition and user experience, Evid collaborates with teams to create impactful design solutions to advance clients' objectives and goals.
